Nasal Polyps
This is a growth of nasal mucosa. It's often associated with chronic sinusitis.
It's a red-flag symptom for malignancy if unilateral.
Presents with:
Difficulty breathing through nose
Nasal blockage
Snoring
Loss of smell (anosmia)
Managed by:
Nasal steroid spray
Surgical removal
Refer to ENT if unilateral
